If there are error codes stored on the ECU or obvious mechanical faults, the engineer reserves the right to refuse/cancel the remap. (If this is the case you will be advised on repair and how to go about it).

Indicated BHP and torque figures are estimated and will vary from engine to engine.
If the condition of the vehicle is poor it may have a negative effect on the vehicles final output, and or economy.

If the vehicle is in suitable condition and you are not impressed we will return the vehicle to standard on the day and you pay nothing but the fitting charge.*

We do not offer a guarantee for the components on your vehicle.

The remap itself is guaranteed for the duration of the customers ownership of said vehicle.

It is the customers responsibility to know and/or acknowledge the state/condition of the vehicle prior to an engineer visiting.

If it is noted that the vehicle has already been re-mapped a call out fee will still be charged, unless a prior arrangement has been agreed with us.

* A fuel surcharge may be applicable depending on location.
